Suggestions for improvement
- employees should get more vacation time
The management is questionable at best. Those who know little about true HR and/or employee motivation/appreciation are generally put in charge of entire banks and its employees within. If you have a brain and a voice they will do their very best to keep you down.
If you, the employee, do something questionable or even illegal you will find yourself looking for another job. If you are management and get caught stealing, lets just say a manager that was caught red handed stealing still has their job with Woodforest. As do other managers who have done things that are illegal. Yes, executives of Woodforest know of these acts and choose to look the other way.
No mention of safety other than don't close the vault door on your fingers. They mop the lobby while customers are prersent, they don't put up signs or anything. They are constantly spraying chemicals in the air.
Customers were friendly
Manager had a clique with a couple of the employees. They scheduled their own selves. They worked part time and got paid full time while the others had to do their work. Manager often came in with a hangover
