Too much training online spent dealing with sales, as opposed to actually helping customers.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make the banking industry less on fees and sales and turning it's reputation into a progressive financial institution.
What I like about the company
Hired energetic and enthusiastic people originally, and pushed them to limits for sales driven accounts.
What I dislike about the company
Cared very little about career-minded staff in terms of advancement.
