- Look at your culture within the individual communities. If employees bring problems to light, take them seriously, especially when bullying is the accepted practice. Do not accuse staff and employees of acts when they are not even at work, then trump up faked facts to support your twisted personal opinions...
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Abusive, bullying culture overall, from Executive Director to Regional and National employees; expected 12 - 16 hour days with no compensation ($$ or comp time) because of lack of adequate staffing; no training, no support, no opportunity for advancement, no recognition, unfair firing practices (people fired based on personal opinion rather than fact); employees accused of events even when they are physically not working!
