Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees as if they have families and health of their own that needs addressed. Allow them to go to the doctor without an interrogation and without having to provide information that isn't their business.
What I like about the company
I liked working with my local community and customers. I liked that I was able to help people and make a difference for them.
What I dislike about the company
They expect you to live and breathe the business 24/7, or at least that is how my district manager was. You couldn't take time for doctor's or care for family without having to provide every last detail and provide all medical information as to why you needed the doctor's visit. While gone for testing, which was planned ahead, was called constantly wanting to know when I would be back in the office. Most of the testing was taken during lunch. Asked for longer lunch because it would take time for visit. I was called multiple times wanting me back in the office.
