Executives not interested in most staff. Work them hard and don’t care if they stay or not. They allow bad managers to remain.
Support from Management
Management promises one thing and delivers another.
Lots of finger pointing, gossip, and throwing people under the bus.
Level of Autonomy
Depends on which department you are in, but you can usually work fairly autonomously.
Have regular townhall meetings. Do not involve all affected areas in decision making though.
