- World Kitchen, LLC02.May 2018
They made a big statement about improving the culture and spent tons of money for training but nothing changed because management isn't accountable to create a positive and supportive culture.
Support from management
Management is looking out for themselves, not their subordinates.
Something else to talk about but management doesn't walk the talk
Freedom to work independently
Often micro managed.
Information is often withheld so people feel like they have control. Communicating is either limited or overkill depending on whether someone wants to give the appearance that they communicate,
Pretty much nonexistent. They are absolutely terrible at growing people.
Depends on who you are
Suggestions for improvement
- Not sure if there is still help for this company. Sounds like it's going down like the Titanic
What I like about the company
Ability to flex hours to some degree
What I dislike about the company
Too many things to list but most of management does not have the backs of their people and will throw someone under the bus to save themselves
