Does not have good organizational skills and the leadership is self-centered and exploit staff. Unable to keep staff for many years. Turnover is very high.
Suggestions for improvement
- Diversity in skills as well as managerial staff needs to be considered. The leadership should provide security of job to staff to avoid turnover. Performance review needs to be implemented. their should be clear job description for staff as well as management.
