- Stop with the favoritism promote the people that earned it
Overall it is the PEOPLE that make or break a work environment. While people do change and turnover, our HR department is good at recognizing people that are good fits and I think this has been of great benefit to our work culture.
Quotas can exist and when this is the case there can be a lot of unnecessary pressure to perform on people who are already strong performers.
