No culture at all.
Support from Management
My direct supervisor is great but up th later are more interested in who makes a mistake than what the company needs to grow.
Every department works as an island, trying to prove who's better, instead of together. This's very tiring.
Suggestions for improvement
- Drastic change in the administration so the power struggle between departments stop, so everyone rows in the same direction.
