Suggestions for improvement
- let your employees know what is going on and when movement is going to happen. When an internal employee applies for a internal job, let them know one way or another. Do not leave them hanging on and never tell them they did not get the job. Stop hiring for outside of the company and use the employees you have now for different promotes and inter movement. Where they are a inside employee or off the street you are still going to have to train them for any new job, at least if you hire from within we already know about the company and what it states for and are wanting to move up and represent WV/Rovia!!
What I dislike about the company
no communication between management and lower employees. The do not appreciate anyone without a management title. Pay is low
