Suggestions for improvement
- Treat techs with more respect - literally and financially. Remember they are the ones actually doing the work that keeps the company going.
I like about the employer
I enjoyed working with customers and helping them with their problems. I also enjoyed the opportunity to explore the area via service calls.
I dislike about the employer
Upper management ice cold and micro-focused on profit. Period. Did not provide company car and only reimbursed one-way for trips to and from customer sites.
