Suggestions for improvement
- Training programs to move from one department to another and matched 401K plan.
Management does not care about employees or the office future and neglects business development and valuable employees are leaving the office
At working level team is very experienced but lacks leadership at the upper level
no autonomy, discipline leads are micromanaged by the manager
there is no communication from the top management to employees, no one knows whats going on
