Employees are routinely retaliated against for reporting issues against management and for using the open door policy.

Teamwork locally is good however when corporate get involved they damage all efforts.

There is no communication.

Attitude towards older colleagues
Those who have 20+ years with the company are spontaneously deciding to retire with no notice.
They don't develop employees unless you are at the corporate office.
Overall compensation for your work
Compensation at risk due to profit sharing. But for 3 years there has not been profit sharing although that was a huge selling point to recruit employees.
Office / Work Environment
Poor office space, poor shop. No break room, not enough restrooms.
Poor lighting. Poor ventilation.
Hours typically start at 5am and end around 7pm. 6 days per week for exempt employees. Hourly employees work even more.
The image is all that matters
There is no security
No handicap accessible
They care about the safety about their employees.
Inclusive / Diverse
There are no people of color in senior leadership nor womem.

- Listen. Don't assume that those in outlying plants are lacking intelligences.
