Difficult to get anyone on the phone
The communication is poor between corporate and outside staff. There is a lot of confusion in the office with scheduling and payment
Work independently, no office
Plenty of free time, but patient load can suffer (therefore, low pay)
Suggestions for improvement
- Organization and communication. Check your emails frequently, since that is your main form of communication with providers. Offer responses to emails. Streamline reporting forms.
