With the team aspect not there neither is trust.
Support from Management
Communication between management and workers could use improvement
Jobs ae assigned to individuals which in turn pushes the team part away
Several instructions given by different management creates some confusion
Attitude towards older colleagues
Seniority doesn't factor in decisions
Company offered no education reimbursement.
