The atmosphere is hostile and unreasonable. The CEO and operations manager are never at work, but expect everything to be completed on a daily basis. There is no management at the office.
Support from Management
Operations manager creates a hostile environment. There is no positive reinforcement.
There is no team work.
Level of Autonomy
The work load is not distributed at all.
There is supposed to be monthly meetings but they never happen more like yearly meetings. The only time you will be informed or communicated with is negative feed back.
