Sales manager may as well be non existent. He doesn't do anything.
Overall compensation for your work
Sales people should never be capped.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop changing pay plans that messes with people's livelihood. Train your employees and have standard operating procedures. It's to big of a company to fly from the seat of their pants
