Suggestions for improvement
- Increase in pay also holding people accountable for their actions.
The office is either too hot or too cold, never regulated or kept at an even temperature.
When I came on I was told that I could have the flexibility to work from home. I really do not have that flexibility. It is frowned upon and honestly it seemed as if they were disappointed every time I had a sick child and I had to leave. If I was able to work from home when this happened I would still be able to help out.
The company culture is to work you so hard that you burn out.
Leadership is non existent and it starts with a lack of management from up above. Company hires "leaders" who lack any knowledge of the business or management techniques.
Teamwork is a very strong aspect of this company. Without your coworkers, you won't survive! You are all living in the same hell!
