The company did not feel equal when I was an employee there, and the supervisors were ok in empowering the employees.

If you are looking for mediation or supervision of actual help, go to a co worker because there was a lack of supervision and/or knowledge.
Depending upon the colleague, teamwork can be a benefit or a detriment. Tread lightly and prepare to do it all just in case.

There is some say in caseloads of clients and or what you have an interest in specializing. you will be dictated to and instructed to do things out of your comfort zone.
Communication was definitely the agencies strong suit in regard to the clients.
It is all about status with this agency. No progression if the right person is not known.

It's an ok entry level company. Older crowd.
It is difficult to get fired from there, that's for sure.
The company is ok and will accommodate one with special needs.
Training is offered for safety, but technology to prevent possible firearm usage is not included.
