Suggestions for improvement
- Harassment is constant from management to employee's who call out safety violations. Safety is Grainger's motto, but they do not follow their own rules in regard to safety. OSHA has to step in to resolve problems.
What I like about the company
Friendly co-workers who help make the day go by. Ability to solve problems and help make the company better.
What I dislike about the company
Chief People Officer is disrespectful at round table meetings (Distribution center meetings)
