They preach transparency except from the administration. Employees are often kept in the dark until the last minute and then it's chaos
Administration has it's favorites.
Development is on you.
Suggestions for improvement
- Leadership comes from the top down, lead by example. Make decisions in a timely manner. The old boys network needs to go.
What I like about the company
Salary isn't bad and benefits are good. Work schedule is good for family life.
What I dislike about the company
Administration doesn't practice what it preaches. Favoritism is rampant. Micromanagement yet hard to get a decision made. Administration doesn't take responsibility.
