The company created an atmosphere of detrust, angst, and the supervisors were clueless as to what we had experience in and what we were facing on the job.

My POC for my work location was non-exisitant.
The onlt reason my colleagues worked well together was because we knew each other before we we hired by WYLE.
Level of Autonomy
The HR department had no clue what the positions entailed and asked for someone with completely different experience than what the job really needed.
