Employees like

I worked for Wyndham before and it was lovely, however this location and the staff are ruining the name by being unethical in every way possible.
Great leadership. The ability to be in control of how successful you are. I have met some really great people including co workers and managers/leadership. The superior leadership is super understanding when it comes to personal life emergencies. The training program is fun and interactive plus you get paid well for it. Being able to help families and friends put a plan in place to ensure future vacations and memories is a very fulfilling job. In many cases our products ...
The management are great down to earth individuals. It is a family oriented company and they are very understanding if an issue arose. I felt like they were a great work family as they were wiling to help you in more ways than one. It was always consistent hours with consistent raises and room to move up in the company. You got an awesome discount at all Wyndham hotels and could participate in a 401K.
I left this company once for another career path and even though I enjoyed my new job I wanted to come back so after 8 years and a taking a pay cut I came back and I love what I do. The people I work with are so wonderful and the company is so willing to help with training and the upper management are so nice when they come visit. It makes it very easy to get up in the ...
It is a great atmosphere. Your teammates pick you up when you are down, there is no negativity. When things get hard your leadership is their to guide you. We also do a lot of out of work outings where your entire family is invited, a haunted house for kids every Halloween in the center. I work from home but can go in center if I want. You can talk to your leadership about your life outside of work with ...

Employees don't like

company will tell you whatever they want to recruit you, the recruiters just need their numbers for their bonuses.
Everything this location stands for. They only care about feeding their families. At the end of the day you are nothing to them
They only care about the few on the top who are making the big decisions behind the close doors to their offices that effect their agents everyday lives. The choices they make are bad. Upper management has never done our job they don’t even care to ask us what we think could improve.Just because we’re in a lower job position then they are. I personally have a four year college degree from a prestigious school and nave take advanced classes ...
Communication seems to be a common issue among majority of employers and unfortunately I suffered the same issue. Supervisors worked differently so you had to get familiar with who worked what shift and what they expected from you. During my time, computers and printers would go down with no one coming in to fix them (we would be told they would be “fixed soon” and we were instructed on telling our guest the same)
You have to fight for time off. Sometimes things come up, or they feel your to valuable so everyone gets there vacation time and no matter when you choose to take yours (off season, non paid) they cant seem to give you time off. The random days your so sick the dr tells you not to go in amd they still expect you there

Suggestions for improvement

Get better knew management
Hire somebody by their ability and qualifications. Do not be prejudiced towards an older individual. Do not show partiality and teaching process. A pay raise comparable to others in the area that do the same thing with the same experience. Maybe some bonuses every blue moon. Do not want to hear how your stock is doing so good and you do not push it Forward share the profit.
They could aslso raise the pay for employees who are doing a good job and performing well in the company. Also like I mentioned before the health insurance would be a great thing to have it would give peace of mind. I would also suggest making the diversi
More user friendly computer systems. More comfortable chairs, spend a little money to decrease neck and back pain in employees. Better incentives for hard working employees that go above and beyond job expectations.
Communication code. No way to inform your Mgr of what is happening on your sales table. More info on the products we sell and how to use it. Explain the paperwork process that needs to happen and what is expected of us.

Worst rated: Support from management

The worst rated factor of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is Support from management with 3.2 points (based on 27 reviews).

Haha that's laughable! Their is NONE!
They support you, but they are so busy sometimes they do not have enough time to help you with your customers. And that's not good when you don't know the answers to their questions.
Management only cares about themselves. They don’t want to be bothered they will see you as a nuisance.
my leadership is not the greatest however I have had better leadership prior to my promotion.
Only good vibes with team mates none with management or owners
