Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more minorities in the upper levels of the company, follow the Weingarten law and make certain all supervisors follow those laws. Stop with the hiring of friends and family members to be managers and executives that have little to no experience in that particular department. That's a huge problem throughout Las Vegas.
What I like about the company
Beautiful clean property.
What I dislike about the company
A hostel work environment, breaks Weingarten laws constantly. Can't feel job security's working there. Over a 900% turnover rate since it opened in 2005.
