Oblivious to the outside world
Confidence is the key and without it you can see where is paralyzes management at times.
This varies from department to department, but it is very obvious some departments have a racial agenda.
Lowest pay on the Strip in many departments. It's part of their business model and that is just not going to change.
The imbalance is magnified by the lower salary when compared to the rest of the strip.
