No development is offered out side standard training.

Benefits are offered. Pay is always on time (direct deposit) low pay for large stress.
Office / Work Environment
Well lit and up to date. AC works ok most of the time.
You will earn paid time off but getting to take a lengthy (1 week) is difficult and if given to favorites first. Work hrs are set and are 3 shifts

No ramps and no elevators only stairs.
Training is insufficient and punish is given with mistakes regardless of training.
To see a change in kids is the best thing about the job. To actually help them better themselves.

Seeing the out come of hard work and kids changing their lives for the better.

Zero recognition for any kind of longevity or success. High turn over rate. Favoritism of employees.
