Support from management
My unit manager never addressed my concerns. The one time we made a meeting to address some concerns, she called in sick, and neglected to inform me. I sat outside her office for 45 minutes waiting. My emails were never addresses, and when you pulled her aside, she always had an excuse not to listen to you.
You were on your own most times. You can ask for help from fellow employees, but don't expect to be treated the same afterward.
Freedom to work independently
You worked alone, but you were always being watch. Word gets around easily.
There is always a need for health professionals. And most the people left voluntarily, so you knew you were safe.
We were always understaffed. We did what we had to, to insure the safety of the patient, but it put us in a rough spot.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to obtain more hard-working, understanding employees. They also should address concerns that employees have.
What I like about the company
The schedule was wonderful. Working 3 days and taking 4 days off was a dream come true.
What I dislike about the company
You felt as if you were left alone with no support or help from management and team members.
