Support from Management
Leadership support is non-existent. They don't know what their direct reports do, they do not advocate for their team, but instead wait for opportunities to undermine and devalue.
Xcel Energy promotes diversity in their recruiting rhetoric, but does not follow through or make it a safe place to express ideas or feedback that leadership doesn't want to hear.
