Suggestions for improvement
- The only way to improve the company is to replace the President and the entire leadership team down to the Team Lead level in the Field Support department. HR needs to be more engaged and involved in the hiring process.
I like about the employer
The work is challenging and the clients are world class providing unique exposure.
I dislike about the employer
Management. The atmosphere is oppressive and turnover is high. There is a definite "club" environment and if you aren't a chosen member the stress level and working conditions are extremely poor.
