Most employees are trying to ride it out to retirement if they are older or looking elsewhere.
Suggestions for improvement
- Why make suggestions? They have heard them and don't pay attention or seem to care.
I like about the employer
It used to be a great company. I worked there for 28 years. Morale and employee loyalty was high until the current CEO Ursulla Burns took over in 2009
I dislike about the employer
Current management has forgotten what made the company great, it's people. They changed the whole culture to maximize profit with the minimum money spent. Quality, morale, customer and employee loyalty were all abandoned for short terms gains and numbers games.
