Suggestions for improvement
- Get better work leaders and make sure the new customer reps are trained properly as they make work more difficult for those who actually understand their job.

I dislike about the employer
Can't call out because their point system is absurd. They have work leaders that do not help at all and once asked for help they give dirty looks, say they are busy or make you ask someone else. Then they expect work to be done quickly. Not a friendly environment. Everyone always seems nasty with bad attitudes.
