Support from Management
When a customer request for a supervisor they do not take the call. they say they will call back in when they are not busy and they do not return call or take calls even thou they are not busy
Suggestions for improvement
- they need to have more communication and do what they say they are going to do and most importantly, attend to customer needs.
I like about the employer
they pay well but not worth an employee health.
