While employees are recognized for receiving kudos from customers, there is little else in the way of commendation. Leadership treats employees like children, with little trust and strict rules.
Support from Management
There are not enough supervisors to go around, leading to lack of direction and support.
My current team consists of young adults with a high-school mentality. Unlike me, they don't have others depending on them, so they treat the job like it doesn't matter. The leadership of the call center does little to counteract this.
