I happen to have a great supervisor close to the last few months I worked there, prior to that nearly every supervisor only cared about one thing, whether or not you were making them money.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay your employees better wages, don't make it commission based. Treat your employees better. Have better educated administrators & people who know how to treat people well instead of treating your employees like they are scum. Don't force your employees to work more than 40 hours. Allow people to work part time, none of the full time or nothing nonsense that they have. Seriously, $9.50/hour if you aren't meeting goals is completely unreasonable.
