We sit and take calls all day in chairs that most companies would have thrown away years ago. Many of the chairs have broken arms or no arm support. There is little to no cushion in the seats. A lot of the ladies bring seat cushions to sit on and the height adjustor does not work in most cases.
Support from Management
Breaks are cancelled or reduced if calls volume gets heavy. If the call volume is extremely they will buy lunch and have you work through lunch. Basically, they take your lunch time because you can't really eat and talk to clients at the same time.
