Support from Management
Used to be wonderful company that you could retire from. With each passing year, the work environment declined. Management is so far removed from the end users, layoffs quarter after quarter, no raises in 17 years, employee satisfaction extremely low. Every Quarter close another department is being outsourced to another country, no loyalty for employee that worked hard. If department isn't outsourced oversees, it's being sourced locally and losing years of expertise a. Xerox had been known as quality service company with outstanding products. Now just another company that forces you to deal with customer support with language barriers and call script to answer questions.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remember the employee -feet on the street that helped build the name recognition.
