Employees don't like

I feel like many people in this business expect miracles. Some restaurants expect that you can pull off miracles. They are very insensitive when it comes to reality that there are other restaurants. Although, we are doing our jobs as quickly as possible, and we informed everyone involved that they are not the only company we deliver for. Suggestions for improvement

I feel like all of us should be more thoughtful of others. Mentioning no names, but, including the owners of the restaurants, the owner of Xoom Xoom, myself especially and all the way down to the newest employees. We don't think of being in the other person's shoes and what they are going through. Walk a mile in mine and I will walk a mile in yours.
