very little ability to structure or area of responsibility, suggestions taken, but decisions are long in coming, change is slow,
Very little constructive or results oriented communication. Tons of conference calls, very little accomplished
Office / Work Environment
Office too small for the amount of people in them, desks very old and not compatible for computer use. Most office equipment old and outdated, lighting and noise level terrible.
