Support from Management
Leadership was horrible, they were not supportive, nor did they take training seriously. Then when you don't learn the skills needed for the job, they fire you, and say your performance isn't up to company standard.
Suggestions for improvement
- I suggest that management take the time to train their employees so they can learn the company as they are supposed too so they can be successful in the working environment.
