- They could stop lying to prospective recruits.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
The recruiter got me to take the job by verbally telling me I'd be able to work remotely after a few weeks of onboarding onsite. When I arrived onsite I found that telework was not even an option.
The recruiter also told me they had five years on the contract. When I came on board I found they were up for a re-compete within two months.
