Suggestions for improvement
- More relaxed attendance policy, such as being able to work over one day in order to leave early another. More consistency amongst managers - often rules vary drastically among different projects and managers. Consider the area and the safety of their people in cases of inclement weather. The last storm system rendered the building virtually non-functional and attendance was less than 30% and yet the office did not officially close until after the normal end of the first shift. Respond to concerns made through the suggestion box in a timely manner and the answer should include a plan of action and an explanation as to the reasoning behind this action. The last town hall we had they didn't really answer anything it was a more ""we know best"" non-explanation and nothing of substance was addressed.
What I like about the company
A lot of the people I work with have been some of the best people I've ever met. They do make you feel like family. Not so much the upper level management.
