Suggestions for improvement

  • More relaxed attendance policy, such as being able to work over one day in order to leave early another. More consistency amongst managers - often rules vary drastically among different projects and managers. Consider the area and the safety of their people in cases of inclement weather. The last storm system rendered the building virtually non-functional and attendance was less than 30% and yet the office did not officially close until after the normal end of the first shift. Respond to concerns made through the suggestion box in a timely manner and the answer should include a plan of action and an explanation as to the reasoning behind this action. The last town hall we had they didn't really answer anything it was a more ""we know best"" non-explanation and nothing of substance was addressed.

What I like about the company

A lot of the people I work with have been some of the best people I've ever met. They do make you feel like family. Not so much the upper level management.

Support from management

Management was HORRIBLE

Company Culture

No. They are not. Kind of like I said earlier. You can be the best employee and no one notices. As soon as you are handling a more difficult day doing what we do, then they have all the feedback in the world. And as far as fair, as long as you are in that circle you'll get everything you want. If not, forget about it. I've been lied to and promised things that never happened. Also to touch on something else from earlier, it seems the people who have the lower amount of work to do or less complex, get the most benefit as far as: stats, shoutouts, and bonus checks

Support from management

It's unfortunately about who you are good in with. It used to be great. Supervisor's set reasonable goals and would strive to help you hit those goals. Now it's more about them talking down to people. Only one lead that seems to show any real concern for csr's under them. The rest run around talking and flirting all day. Which leaves the one good one to get most of the supervisor calls. She is unappraciated and overworked, picking up the slack of fellow leads.
