Suggestions for improvement
- Could be more competitive by bench-marking competitors. Standardization can be done across locations.
Prejudice company to all race but whites they saying was if its not white it's not right
management only looks out for themselves and their bonus'. some dont even know the business
there are always teams to join, nothing really comes out of it.
you could be the best employee, but if they dont like you, you are gone one way or another they'll make your life miserable
they are always working on safety, too bad the ESH mgr cant seem to get it together. he would have to show up everyday
