Suggestions for improvement
- Run your projects as if you were using your own limited monetary assets. If you were any other business, you would fail.
The Human Resources Department states that they want to promote from within. Nothing is further from the truth. For an 'Ivy League" institution this department is pathetic. Your local fast food establishment does a better job of employee recognition and promotion.
Benefits fine. A lot of room for improvement in the pay department.
There are many people at Yale that are wonderful and supportive and want to see you grow as a person and in your career
They want you to be robots and dictate how you should act; they allow union workers to sit and do nothing all day because they are afraid of the Union. Have employees sit and do nothing all day makes a managers job very difficult and it's hard for those employees that do work to keep motivated.
