I was unjustly terminated. I was put on probation for 2 months although when I talked with HR about this, they said they didn't feel it was probation. In the letter from HR, it gave nothing concrete for me to work on, no timeline, nothing. 2 months later I was let go. My immediate supervisor I believe orchestrated the entire thing. THe only reason I can figure is I turned in a workmen's comp injury and she had not filed an accident report. I sent an email to a former boss and the owner of the company, neither of them responded.
The team from the Long Island was great to work with and that's how I usually worked with.
