- Hire more management from within the organization, employees who have worked on the Casino Floor know the customers and what works and doesn't work.

As an employer, the Tribe is great. They have great benefits for their employees
I dislike about the employer
Upper management changes on average every 3 years, each General Manager, who is usually hired from outside the area, brings their own ideas on how to run things and they do not listen to employees who actually work with their customers. Upper management also tends to hire "friends" to work in other management positions which only create a "Good Ole Boy" attitude.
