Support from Management
Current district manager was not supportive and only interested in certain people within the company. I was there almost 8 years and it went from a company that cared about employees to a company that would place anybody in a management position with no knowledge of running a property ,we went to targeting certain certain managers due to their race and ethnicity. It was such an awesome place to work at first to becoming a dreadful place. It was extremely sad to see the turn it took and continues to take.
Suggestions for improvement
- Yes Communities needs to be more vigilant of district managers that are put in place because it can bring a whole district to undesirable reviews by residents in the area where it is located.
