Suggestions for improvement
- Equal opportunity to growth and ideas to improve companies success. Communication is the base of every successful company. Trust in your employees is the key to success and always make your employees feel like family. Let them know how much the company needs them and the company needs them to succeed.
What I like about the company
I was always fighting my ideas with my manager. She couldn’t ever make up her mind about changes in the office would always make her assistants to do the hard job. Deal with the community and sales and at the end she would pocked the money fore sales and give us on a porcentaje not even what it was promised in the contract. She would say that it will be paid off by Christmas in a big fat check. But the check never come in Christmas. She will be treating her residents like crap. Couldn’t talk to her and let her know any ideas since she would make them look it was hers and take the credit for it with the Directors. I tried to talk to the directors since I couldn’t ever talk to her without turning into a fight. I was just scared to lose my job. I called one of the directors and explain to him what happened. He when ahead and talk to my manager make it seem like I was just a complainer. Never took my complain about the sales bonuses into consideration and actually got two write outs for laying to the directors and not providing proof again my complain. After that the manager just make my life a leaving hell. So I end up quitting and leaving the company not in good terms.
What I dislike about the company
Company directors and managers never believed in the lower levels of employees in the company all the credit was for the managers of the company. The assistants and sales reps would never got any credit for the accomplishments of the communities.
