Nice people but high turnover distances people from becoming true friends.
Support from management
Leadership decides when and how to do things on a whim. Leadership at the highest level is not technical and cannot fathom the day to day operations.
Freedom to work independently
You will be micromanaged and questioned, from entry level to the most senior engineer.
When reviews like this come out, management will make a point to have employees go and manipulate reviews by providing positive, dishonest feedback.
High turnover is the main reason to steer clear.
Suggestions for improvement
- Please replace the management of the company with anyone other than the CEO.
