I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
DEFINITE WALL between management and everyone else.
They don't want "workers" (people who come in, do their job to perfection and go home).
They people who will dedicate every aspect of their life to the Y (and they are phasing out MCA...just to get rid of the C ) with no exception.
Totally unprofessional management staff.
Especially when it comes to the staff between the fitness section and the section for the homeless.
The fitness side doesn't acknowledge the homeless people, or, the struggle they have to go through to improve themselves.
The fitness side only wants to cater to the rich clients.
