Suggestions for improvement
- Make sure all key staff are properly trained and the training is on going. Learn to treat all employees equally. have more events to show employees that they are appreciated.
I like about the employer
When I worked there, they were very flexible about the staff having time off for specific reasons in hour increments.
I dislike about the employer
lack of support and training, have their "pet" employees who can do no wrong, supervisors who need more training than the employees, hypocritical staff for a religious based organization.
